Facility Reservations

The following MWR facilities are available for use.  For more information please contact Navy Community Recreation at 624-4777 or +39 095 56 4777.

Community Recreation Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Closed

Chart Room

Chart Room (Maximum occupancy 210)
This includes access to 30 -8ft tables, 20 round tables, and 250 chairs.  Men's and women's bathrooms are accessible and WiFi is available.

Terms of Room Rental

  1. Set up/take down and care for the facility and equipment is the responsibility of the reserving party.
  2. Post-event clean-up, which includes all removal of trash, is to be completed immediately after the event and is the responsibility of the reserving party.  DO NOT USE TAPE ON THE WALLS OF THE FACILITY
  3. Reserving party is responsible to ensure that the building is secure upon completion of the event.
  4. Keys to the facility will be issued at NCR on the day of the event, or the day before the event if NCR is closed
  5. Keys are to be dropped off at NCR at the conclusion of the event.  If NCR is closed, a key drop box location is available outside of the reserved facility.

Compass Room

Compass Room (Maximum occupancy 180)
this includes access to 18 -8ft tables, and 160 chairs.  Men's and women's bathrooms are accessible.

Memorial Park

Hours of Operation: Sunrise to Sunset

Areas available for Rental 

  • Pavilion 1 (maximum occupancy 32)
    This includes exclusive access to the large picnic pavilion, use of surrounding BBQ and picnic tables, and use of the playground.  All park facilities, aside from the pavilion are on a first-come basis.  
  • Pavilion 2 or 3 (maximum occupancy 8)
    This includes exclusive access to one of the smaller picnic pavilions, use of surrounding BBQ and picnic tables, and use of the playground.  All park facilities, aside from the pavilion are on a first-come basis.  
  • Entire Park (Maximum occupancy 48)
    This includes exclusive access to all three picnic pavilions, use of surrounding BBQ and picnic tables, and use of the playground.  All park facilities, aside from the pavilion are on a first-come basis.  

Memorial Park Rules

  1. Use the park at your own risk.
  2. Improper use of equipment prohibited.  
  3. No removal/defacement of park property
  4. Trash shall be deposited in proper receptacles.  Please recycle appropriately.
  5. No glass containers.
  6. Proper footwear required.
  7. No Pets.
  8. Skateboard grinding on park equipment to include tables and benches is prohibited.
  9. No smoking or use dot tobacco products in the park.
  10.  BBQ grilling is permitted when the following provisions are met:


    Possession of an approved "BBQ Permit" from the Fire Department Required standoff from all combustible materials/structures are observed in accordance with the approved "BBQ Permit"

  11.  Pavilion reservations have priority and can be made through the MWR Navy Community Recreation office.  For reservations call 624-4777 or 095-56-4777
  12.  If the park is damaged in any way please call the above phone number.

Midtown Plaza is the beautiful open space next to Midtown extending between the buildings.  Community Events are usually held here.

This includes access to 8 -8ft tables and 25 chairs.  Men's and women's bathrooms are accessible outside of the classroom and WiFi is available.

This includes access to 8 - 8ft tables and 25 chairs.  Kitchen resources are available upon request.  Men's and women's' bathrooms are accessible outside of the classroom and WiFi is available.
