Let’s make pizza from scratch! Start your day on the Lemon Farm, in Pozzillo, as we prepare the dough and stone oven with wood and fire. While the dough levitates, take an easy 2 km hike along a natural cliff, known as “the Timpa”, created from of one of the biggest faults movements in eastern Sicily.  Walk the trail used for centuries by locals to carry flour and fish to Acireale from the sea of Santa Maria la Scala. End up back at the house to prepare the ingredients and learn the steps to make the perfect homemade pizza.
